Using the new AR kit for iOS, HIL designed a robotic health coach that you can interact with on a weekly - daily basis. Updates are based on actual diet and activity inputs, not the ideal prescribed plan. We achieve this by using a 3d body scanner that captures your body fat and measurements using an at home device. Those measurements are correlated with a digital twin which represents your ideal body based on your height, weight, bone structure, gender, and age. Each week Rever, your coach provides an analysis of your accomplishments and areas to improve upon.
AI is used to capture real time behaviors and patterns and adjusts based on what you actually do. For instance, if you eat a maple syrup bacon bit donut for lunch opposed to brown rice and boiled chicken the meal and exercise will adjust. Providing corrective steps for the following day. Weekly plans are saved in your food journal or exercise regime with reference photos and descriptives to provide multi-modalities of information sources to keep you engaged.
